TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Last Updated: October 20, 2026

By enrolling in The ATLAS Method (the “Program”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”). Please read this Agreement carefully before enrolling.

1. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT

Mostly Stable Life is committed to providing a respectful and supportive learning environment. We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in the Program if you:

  • Engage in harassment, threats, abusive behavior, or repeated disruption;
  • Violate Program guidelines or these Terms and Conditions;
  • Disrupt the learning experience or materially interfere with the participation of other members; or
  • Engage in conduct that compromises the safety, privacy, or respectful participation of others.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to address the conduct before taking action. However, we may suspend or terminate access immediately when reasonably necessary to protect participants or the Program community.
Any refund, payment obligation, or other consequence of termination will be handled in accordance with the Refund and Cancellation Policy below and applicable law.

2. PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

We respect your privacy and ask that you respect the privacy of fellow Program participants. By participating, you agree to:

  • Keep confidential the personal stories, health experiences, identities, and other private information shared by fellow participants;
  • Not disclose, publish, reproduce, or distribute another participant's contributions outside the Program without that participant's permission, except as required by law;
  • Use information shared by other participants only for its intended purpose within the Program;
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of Mostly Stable Life and other participants; and
  • Follow any additional reasonable confidentiality and community guidelines provided by Mostly Stable Life.

You may discuss your own experiences and results, provided that doing so does not reveal another participant's identity or confidential information without their permission.
We ask participants to maintain confidentiality, but we cannot guarantee that other participants will comply with these obligations. Please use discretion when deciding what personal or health information to share in a group setting.
Program materials and resources remain subject to the intellectual property provisions in Section 3.
Your participation is also subject to our Privacy Policy and any applicable Terms of Use, which will be made available to you.

3. PROGRAM CONTENT

  • All educational materials, videos, worksheets, exercises, frameworks, recordings, and other resources provided through the Program are owned by Mostly Stable Life or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
  • Your enrollment grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access and use these materials for your own educational purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, share access to, or create derivative works from Program materials without prior written permission from Mostly Stable Life, except where otherwise permitted by law.
  • You retain ownership of your own original contributions, subject to any separate rights or permissions you grant. You agree not to disclose another participant's personal information or contributions outside the Program except with their permission or as otherwise required by law.
  • Unauthorized use or distribution of Program materials may result in termination of access and other remedies available under applicable law.

4. OFFER AND PAYMENT TERMS

The ATLAS Method is a 90-day educational coaching program that includes coaching, accountability, and access to a private community, as described on the applicable enrollment or checkout page. Optional continued community enrollment may be purchased on a month by month subscription basis following completion of the Program.

The Program fee, available payment options, payment schedule, and any applicable fees will be disclosed on the checkout page before enrollment. Available payment options may include payment in full or financing through a third-party provider.

Program sessions, events, or other live offerings must be attended at the scheduled time unless otherwise stated. Missed sessions do not automatically entitle participants to a replacement session, extended access, or a refund. If Mostly Stable Life cancels or reschedules a session, we will communicate any applicable arrangements. Enrolling in the Program creates a payment obligation according to the payment option selected at checkout. Stopping participation, missing sessions, or choosing not to use Program resources does not automatically cancel that obligation. Refunds and cancellation requests are governed by Section 5 and applicable law.
Any exception to the stated payment or participation terms must be confirmed in writing by Mostly Stable Life.

    5. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

    All Sales Final Except as expressly stated in this Agreement or required by applicable law, all payments for The ATLAS Method are final and non-refundable. By enrolling in the Program, you acknowledge and agree to this policy before completing your purchase.
    Participant Cancellation and Withdrawal
    You may withdraw from the Program at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Withdrawal means that you no longer wish to participate in the Program; it does not automatically cancel your enrollment agreement or any outstanding payment obligations.
    Because the Program is a 90-day program, choosing not to participate, missing coaching sessions or other activities, discontinuing use of Program materials, or deciding that the Program is no longer right for you does not entitle you to a refund.
    Payment Obligations
    If you paid in full, withdrawing from the Program does not entitle you to a refund, except as expressly provided in this Agreement or required by applicable law.
    If you financed your purchase through a third-party financing provider, your financing agreement is separate from this Agreement. Withdrawing from the Program does not automatically cancel or modify your financing agreement or any payment obligations to the financing provider. You are responsible for contacting the financing provider regarding questions about your financing agreement.
    Cancellation or Non-Delivery by Mostly Stable Life
    If Mostly Stable Life cancels the Program or is unable to deliver a material portion of the services purchased, we will communicate with affected participants regarding appropriate next steps. Any refund or other remedy will be determined in accordance with the circumstances, the terms of the offer, and applicable law.
    Legal Rights
    Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived or excluded under applicable law.

      6. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL (For Recurring Payments)

      This section applies only if you enroll in an ongoing subscription following the initial 90-day Program.

      • If you enroll in a recurring subscription, your subscription will automatically renew every month unless canceled before the next renewal date.
      • The subscription price, billing frequency, and ongoing services included will be disclosed before you enroll in the subscription. The renewal fee will be charged to your designated payment method unless you update it.
      • You may cancel your subscription through your MemberUp account, by emailing [email protected], or through any other cancellation method provided at enrollment, before the next renewal date to avoid future charges. Cancellation will take effect according to the subscription terms disclosed at enrollment and applicable law.
      • Cancellation of a recurring subscription does not automatically create a refund entitlement for a charge already processed. Refund requests remain subject to the applicable refund policy and law.

      7. THIRD-PARTY FINANCING PROVIDERS

      Mostly Stable Life may offer third-party financing options through providers available at checkout. If you choose a financing option, you acknowledge and agree that:

      • Independent agreement: Your financing agreement is between you and the financing provider. The provider determines its approval process, financing terms, interest, fees, and other conditions.
      • Payment responsibility: You are responsible for meeting the payment obligations in your financing agreement, including any applicable interest, fees, or penalties.
      • Financing disputes: Questions about financing approval, credit decisions, interest, fees, or financing-provider payment processing should be directed to the relevant provider.
      • Refunds and cancellations: Your purchase remains subject to Section 5 and applicable law. A refund or cancellation from Mostly Stable Life may not automatically cancel your separate financing obligations. You should contact the financing provider to confirm how any refund or adjustment will be handled.

      Nothing in this section excludes liability or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

      8. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

      • Mostly Stable Life makes no guarantee regarding specific outcomes from participation in the Program. Individual experiences and results vary, and no particular improvement in symptoms, functioning, or quality of life is promised.
      • To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mostly Stable Life shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to participation in the Program.
      • Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

      9. FORCE MAJEURE

      • Mostly Stable Life will not be responsible for a delay or failure to perform an obligation under this Agreement to the extent caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, cyber incidents, labor disputes, or significant service-provider or platform disruptions.
      • We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material disruptions and, where appropriate, arrange rescheduling or alternative delivery of affected Program services. Any applicable refund or other remedy remains subject to this Agreement and applicable law.

      10. NATURE AND LIMITATIONS OF THE PROGRAM

      • The Program, including its educational materials, coaching, group discussions, and community support, is provided for informational and educational purposes. The Program is designed to support personal insight, skill development, and lifestyle changes related to living with chronic physical symptoms.
      • The Program is not therapy, counseling, psychological treatment, or medical care. Participation does not, by itself, establish a therapist-client, psychologist-client, physician-patient, or other healthcare provider relationship between you and Mostly Stable Life.
      • Although the Program may draw upon psychological concepts, behavioral strategies, and evidence-informed educational approaches, it does not provide individualized mental health diagnosis or treatment, medical diagnosis, or medical treatment.
      • The Program is not a substitute for working with a licensed mental health professional, physician, or other qualified healthcare provider. You are responsible for your own health and well-being, including seeking appropriate professional care, following medical advice, and consulting qualified healthcare providers before making changes to your treatment plan, medications, or other healthcare decisions.
      • Program information and exercises are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. You should not delay, discontinue, or change medical or mental health treatment based on Program information without consulting an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
      • No specific health outcome, symptom improvement, or other result is guaranteed. Individual experiences and outcomes will vary.

      11. MODIFICATIONS TO THE AGREEMENT

      Mostly Stable Life may update these Terms and Conditions when reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate method, such as email or a notice on the Program website, and will identify when the changes take effect.
      Unless otherwise required or permitted by law, changes will not retroactively alter the terms of a completed purchase. Where a change materially affects an existing participant's rights or obligations, we will provide any notice or obtain any consent required by applicable law.
      The version of the Agreement provided at enrollment will govern your purchase, subject to any valid subsequent amendments or mandatory legal requirements.
